NOFEAR

This past Friday night Northeast Championship Wrestling returned to the Elks Lodge in Norwood, MA for our Halloween spooktacular NO FEAR! In addition to our annual Final Countdown War Games Match wrestlers also competed in Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal Matches with competitors spinning the wheel before their scheduled match-ups.

Venue: Norwood Elks Lodge
Ring Announcer: Shane “Sipowicz” Daly
Referees: Redd Roche, Dan Tanaka, Kevin Quinn, & David Montenaro
Camera: Gary “The Red Ranger” Low

– Before the action kicked off, Shane Daly brought former NCW Tag Team Champion Owen Graichen and “All Good” Anthony Greene (along with his new valet Davienne) out for their wheel spin. After a big spin from Davienne, the wheel landed on VERBAL DEBATE.

“The Maniacal” Jack Krueger w/ Maniacally Twisted (Sean Feeney, Shadow, & Big Bully Rezner) d. Tomahawk in the opener.

– “All Good” Anthony Greene w/ Davienne d. Owen Graichen after Graichen gave up on the verbal debate and blindsided the 2012 Rookie of the Year, and after a great back and forth Greene picked up the win.

– NCW New England Champion Rob “The Giant” Araujo and “The Masshole” Mike McCarthy spin the wheel next for their Championship Match, with the wheel landing on SUBMISSIONS MATCH.

“The Original Showoff” Mike Paiva came out to ringside making his first appearance in Norwood since his Last Man Standing Match against Anthony Greene at SummersSlam. Broken and defeated, Paiva wondered if there was anything left for him to do in wrestling. Before he could continue Maniacally Twisted then interrupted, with “The Maniacal” Jack Krueger encouraging Paiva to finally step aside and allow his cult to take the spotlight.

– The Shadow and “The Original Showoff” Mike Paiva wrestled to a No Contest when Maniacally Twisted continuously interfered in the match, forcing Official Dan Tanaka to throw the match out. Following the match, Krueger and company brutally assaulted the former New England Champion.
