“The Original Showoff” Mike Paiva came out to ringside making his first appearance in Norwood since his Last Man Standing Match against Anthony Greene at SummersSlam. Broken and defeated, Paiva wondered if there was anything left for him to do in wrestling. Before he could continue Maniacally Twisted then interrupted, with “The Maniacal” Jack Krueger encouraging Paiva to finally step aside and allow his cult to take the spotlight.

– The Shadow and “The Original Showoff” Mike Paiva wrestled to a No Contest when Maniacally Twisted continuously interfered in the match, forcing Official Dan Tanaka to throw the match out. Following the match, Krueger and company brutally assaulted the former New England Champion.

– “The Masshole” Mike McCarthy d. Rob “The Giant” Araujo via submission to win the NCW New England Championship in a huge shock, upsetting the Norwood fans.

– The NCW 2013 Big City Rumble winner “RIOT” Kellan Thomas w/ Kepler d. Brickhouse Baker in a hard fought match, giving the #1 contender momentum heading into WrestleFest IX.

SantaClaus– Intermission saw a variety of crazy happenings, kicked off when NCW Champion Scotty Vegas showed up at ringside to kidnap Kepler from “RIOT” Kellan Thomas. Then as intermission started to wind down none other than SANTA CLAUS showed up, issuing a challenge to Doc Ozone for NCW WrestleFest IX stemming from comments Doc had made about Santa since last Season’s Awards voting.

“Jiving” Jimmy Capone d. “Black Magic” Sean Feeney w/ Shadow after Maniacally Twisted jumped Capone during their Dance Off Challenge.

– Scotty Vegas and his opponent Lumberjake were out next to spin the wheel, only for Official Redd Roche to notice that Vegas had rigged the wheel, attempting to pick his own match. Roche then left the decision to the Norwood fans, with them overwhelmingly picking Street Fight.

– The Lumberjake d. NCW Heavyweight Champion “The Maine Event” Scotty Vegas via forfeit when Vegas bolted from the Elks Lodge after “RIOT” Kellan Thomas ran out to attack Vegas and take back the kidnapped Kepler.

Team Dynamite (“Dastardly” Doug Summers, Deputy Commissioner Pacifico, & the NCW Tag Team Champions the Inglorious Dastards) d. Team NCW (Dean Livsley, Buddy Romano, “The Portuguese Sensation” Ruy Batello, & Eddie Loomis) in the Final Countdown when Pacifico forced Romano to submit to the ‘crossface chicken wing’. As the Emperor of NCW picked up a huge win heading into WrestleFest, Team NCW saw dissension in their ranks as Batello and Eddie Loomis nearly came to blows, unable to cooperate with one another any longer.
