Northeast Championship Wrestling returned to the Almeida VFW Post this past Saturday for NCW Saturday Night featuring the Ox Baker Memorial Cup holder Robbie “The Giant” Araujo cashing in his guaranteed title opportunity against BRG in a Bristol Street Fight for the NCW Heavyweight Championship.

– “Insane” Dick Lane w/ Delilah Hayden & Steve Weiner defeated “The Right Stuff” Steven Lust in the night’s opener.

– “The American Hammer” Dan Terry d. Derrick Conway with the ‘American Hammer’ after Terry got Conway to dress up as Dick Lane resulting in the two things Dan Terry hates the most– cosplayers and Dick Lane.

Mutually Assured Destruction came out for their NCW Tag Team Title Match, however Detox and Mike Montero arrived with Montero informing M.A.D. that there would be no Tag Team Title Match tonight and would have to wait until WrestleFest. Montero then challenged them to a 2 on 3 Handicap Match.

– The Dirt City Murder Crew (NCW Tag Team Champions Jason Devine & Ricky Medeiros and NCW New England Champion “The Ace” Mike Montero) defeated Mutually Assured Destruction (“Iron” Rip Byson & Perry Von Vicious) in a 2 on 3 Handicap Match when Montero once again cheated to help his team become victorious.

– The Lumberjake d. “The Heavy Hitter” Shay Cash w/ Kevin Castro  after Castro walloped Jake with a police baton behind the referee’s back and inadvertently knocked Jake out on top of Shay and with Shay unable to kick out the ref counted three. Due to Castro’s miscalculation  he must now compete against Lumberjake November 15th at WrestleFest.

– “The Natural” Channing Thomas d. “Deliciously Vicious” Vern Vicallo in a Pick Your Poison Match after using the ropes for leverage after injuring Vicallo’s shoulder in the match.

Perry Von Vicious and “Iron” Rip Byson returned after intermission having gotten the okay from NCW President Dean “The Beast” Livsley to announce that at WrestleFest during the NCW Tag Team Championship Match Mike Montero would be placed into a straight jacket to avoid interfering in the M.A.D./Detox Tag Team Title Match. While Byson showcased what the straight jacket would look like, The Dirt City Murder Crew assaulted both men at ringside handcuffing PVV to the ropes while the three men brutally attacked the straight jacketed Rip Byson. Montero then agreed to wearing the straight jacket, but didn’t think Mutually Assured Destruction would be making it to WrestleFest.

– “Revolution” Chris Venom w/ Tim Kilgore d. Bullet Joe Grinvalsky after Kilgore assisted his BFF in defeating one half of The Little Giants. Kilgore and Venom then plotted to continue their attack on Bullet until Rob “The Giant”  Araujo ran out to help his partner, chasing off Venom & Kilgore until BRG came in out of nowhere to give a tombstone piledriver to Bullet Joe and sending a message to Robbie Araujo.

– “Foxy” Calvin Campbell w/ Doc Ozone d. CPA in a Pick Your Poison Match

– NCW Heavyweight Champion Brett Ryan Gosselin defeated Robbie “The Giant” Araujo in a Bristol Street Fight after delivering a vicious piledriver onto Araujo ending “The Giant’s” title aspirations in a fantastic brawl that saw the two brawl all over the VFW, go through a table, and beat the holy hell out of each other until BRG was able to gain the advantage thanks to assistance from Channing Thomas.
