2019 may go down as the year of Vern Vicallo in NCW as “Deliciously Vicious” broke out of his dysfunctional relationship with Dan Terry to become the Heavyweight Champion at WrestleFest XV overcoming the odds against Brett Ryan Gosselin to win his first singles title in NCW.
After Terry turned on Vicallo at WrestleFest XIV Vern returned to the singles ranks a man possessed, determined to win gold and nearly winning the 2019 Big City Rumble until BRG eliminated him while dressed as Curry Boy. Vicallo and Osirus joined forces in the 2019 Ring of Thrones tournament to both earn an NCW Championship Match at WrestleFest XV against the champion. With Vern’s victory in Dedham the bulls-eye on his back is bigger than ever as he heads into the 2020 Season the top dog in NCW.
