NCW President Dean “The Beast” Livsley brought out the entire NCW roster to address what happened at the Big City Rumble, and attempted to bring out NCW Heavyweight Champion Brett Ryan Gosselin to answer for his crimes– only to have BRG appear on the video screen and state that if he didn’t have to defend his NCW title at WrestleFest he wouldn’t have to defend it against his scheduled opponent “Insane” Dick Lane at Friday the 13th.
Livsley announced that at NCW Ring of Thrones there would be a 16 man, 8 randomly selected team tournament with the winning pair BOTH becoming #1 Contenders at WrestleFest, and if BRG had any hope of leaving the Season NCW Champion he would have to sucessfully defend his title twice in one night.
– “Deliciously Vicious” Vern Vicallo d. “Revolution” Chris Venom w/ Tim Kilgore in the night’s opener after a great back and forth battle.
– “The Heavy Hitter” Shay Cash w/ Kevin Castro defeated “Foxy” Calvin Campbell w/ Doc Ozone. Cash continued to assault Campbell after the bell bringing out The Lumberjake to help out Campbell and even the odds.
Jake was interrupted by H. Dallas McCarthy and Comrade Ike, as McCarthy attempted to have Ike take Kevin Castro’s bounty on Lumberjake. The big man was able to take out Ike with his ‘Wet Hot American Stunner’ but was then blindsided by Zachary Pierre Beaulieu, who challenged Lumberjake to a match.
– The Lumberjake defeated Zachary Pierre Beaulieu with a huge chokeslam off the top rope. Jake was then attacked again by Tim Kilgore who blinded Jake with baby powder. With Jake down in placed in a ‘Rings of Saturn’ Kilgore, Castro, and Cash challenged Jake to a Cry Baby Match at FALLOUT the next night in Bristol.
– “The Suplex Sweetheart” Isana & Kennedi Copeland d. The Uppersex Express (Steven Lust & Justin Ryker) in their futile attempt to help “Picture Perfect” Sierra take out Isana and Copeland by enlisting men to take out Isana and Copeland.
– “The American Hammer” Dan Terry d. Sean Leiter with ‘The American Hammer.’ Terry continued to pound on The Dickbuster after the bell, bringing play by play man Atlee Greene to intervene and attempt to stop Terry. Dan threatened to attack Greene, only to have Greene’s commentary partner and Terry’s latest rival Derek Simonetti show up at ringside to blast “The American Hammer” in payback for what happened in the Big City Rumble.
– NCW New England Champion “The Ace” Mike Montero, “RIOT” Kellan Thomas, and Alexander Lee went to a No Contest when Lee and Montero attacked Rob Teutel causing the match to be thrown out. Dick Lane attempted to help Thomas only to have Detox show up to attack which brought out The Little Giants. From there Shay Cash returned to the ring to inflict punishment on the fan favorites until The Lumberjake arrived to even the odds. President Livsley then made a Ten Man Tag Team main event between the warring factions.
– “Insane” Dick Lane, The Little Giants, “RIOT” Kellan Thomas, & Lumberjake defeated NCW New England Champion “The Ace” Mike Montero, Detox, Alexander Lee, & “The Heavy Hitter” Shay Cash w/ Kevin Castro in 10 Man Tag Team action.
