PRESS RELEASE: NCW’s 2018 Season Kicks Off March 2nd in Dedham!

DEDHAM, MA— On Friday night March 2nd Northeast Championship Wrestling’s Season kicks off with a bang when NCW returns to the Jacob Jones VFW Post (84 Eastern Avenue) in Dedham, Massachusetts for NCW 2018! Doors open at 7pm with a 7:30 bell time. All tickets for this event are $10 at the door, with discounted tickets available online at http://theNCW.com/tickets!

The War for NCW ended at WrestleFest XIII, with the Defenders of Northeast Championship Wrestling finding themselves victorious over the Uprising of conspirators and scoundrels, ending the conflict once and for all. March 2nd at NCW 2018 President Dean “The Beast” Livsley to unite NCW once more, forging a new path for the 2018 Season.

All three champions will be in action March 2nd in Dedham, led by the two-time NCW Heavyweight Champion Lumberjake! The big man overcame “Sensational” Scott Levesque at WrestleFest, finally putting to rest their long running rivalry while also mending fences with former NCW Champion “RIOT” Kellan Thomas.

March 2nd Thomas will step into the ring for the first time ever one on one with “The Ace” Mike Montero, with Montero riding high off his 2017 Match of the Year win over “The Showoff” Mike Paiva at WrestleFest where he finally became “The Showoff of NCW.”

The Kool People (DJ AC & Sammy Deleon) along with their manager “High Class” Rich Bass arrive in Dedham at NCW 2018 the new NCW Tag Team Champions, having defeated The Maine State Posse and The Heavy Hitters at WrestleFest to finally win the titles. In the weeks following the 2017 finale The Hitters’ Frank Champion announced his retirement from wrestling, leaving Shay Cash without a partner heading into 2018. Bass and The Kool People have generously offered Cash a Tag Team Title opportunity March 2nd, as long as he can find a tag team partner to replace Frank Champ in Dedham.

“The Native American” Tomahawk picked up the biggest win of his NCW career at WrestleFest XIII when he defeated “Slamdance” Tim Lennox to become NCW New England Champion. With the NCW 2018 Season beginning March 2nd, Tomahawk has promised to be a fighting champion, defending his title against any and all challengers wanting an opportunity to become New England Champion.

Also appearing March 2nd in Dedham will be “Insane” Dick Lane and Delilah Hayden, Rob “The Giant” Araujo, CrossFit (“DTF” Dan Terry & “The Selfie-Made Man” Vern Vicallo), “Royalty” Ruy Batello and Todd Harris, NCW 2017 Wrestler of the Year Osirus, “Foxy” Calvin Campbell, 2017 Manager of the Year Doc Ozone, NCW President Dean “The Beast” Livsley, and many more!
