A student of the renowned New England Pro Wrestling Academy, Christian Casanova came to NCW as a brash and overconfident showman ready to take on anyone willing to cross his moonwalking path. It was right after his debut that NCW fans began to warm up to the larger than life character Casanova was showcasing, and the fans made Casanova into one of the most popular competitors in the locker room. After losing to “The Showoff” Mike Paiva and Lumberjake, Casanova had a falling out with his tag team partner Kenny Roberts, dancing his way into the hearts of the Norwood fans to become the 2014 Rookie of the Year.
At NCW Aftermath 2015 Christian Casanova defeated Triplelicious in an amazing match up to win his first Championship in NCW, pinning Trip with a picture perfect frogsplash from the top rope to win the title. Despite losing the Championship at FALLOUT, Casanova continued his ascent to become one of the top wrestlers in New England, winning NCW’s 2015 Most Popular award from the fans.
