As NCW enters its own version of the “All-Star Break” before our 2023 Season finale the NCW Triple Crown Winner and double champion of NCW “RIGHT STUFF” STEVEN LUST has agreed to put his coveted NCW Heavyweight Championship on the line Saturday September 16th in Newton, Massachusetts against the former NCW New England Champion “INSANE” DICK LANE!
Lust is scheduled to defend the NCW Championship December 1st at NCW WRESTLEFEST XVIII against the 2023 Big City Rumble winner “THE ACE” MIKE MONTERO, but if Lust goes down to the wily ways of “The Meta-Human Super Villain” at this special fundraiser event benefiting Animal Adventures of Boston, MA then Lane will go onto WRESTLEFEST where he will defend the NCW title against his former rival Montero.
Lane and Montero seemed to earn some mutual respect for one another in the 2023 Rumble Match, a far cry from when Lane defeated Montero for the NCW New England Title at WRESTLEFEST XVI while trapped in a straightjacket after cashing in the Ox Baker Memorial Cup, but no one should underestimate Lust especially after his performance against “FLAWLESS” NICK DIAMOND in Dedham.
Tickets are ON SALE NOW for this special event taking place on Saturday September 16th live in Newton, Massachusetts. Other NCW talent expected to appear in Newton will be “OLD SCHOOL COOL” CORY MICHAEL, DERRICK CONWAY, “HARDWORK” BARNABY COMBS and more!
