DEDHAM— On Friday night November 12^th Northeast Championship Wrestling and NCW’s 2021 Season returns to the Jacob Jones VFW Post in Dedham, Massachusetts (84 Eastern Avenue) for the incredible Season Finale NCW WrestleFest XVI featuring the reigning Heavyweight Champion THE LUMBERJAKE defending the NCW title against the #1 Contender “THE VICTORIOUS” BRETT RYAN GOSSELIN!

After regaining the vacant Heavyweight Championship in the Big City Rumble Match by eliminating BRG (onto his BIG BOYS NCW Tag Team Champions CHAZ CASHEW and RICKY SMOKES) Jake found himself with another one-on-one challenge against BRG when Gosselin was able to defeat “RIOT” KELLAN THOMAS to become #1 Contender at NCW FACE/OFF where he nearly incited a riot himself, believing himself to be the rightful holder of that Championship belt. With his back up against the wall and nothing else to lose BRG will step into the lion’s den once more November 12^th in Dedham to square off against The Lumberjake.

The man who held the NCW Heavyweight Championship before Lumberjake made a shocking return at NCW NO FEAR when the masked man who had been impersonating CURRY BOY unmasked to reveal “DELICIOUSLY VICIOUS” VERN VICALLO as Vicallo assaulted the man who put him on the shelf for five months BRG as well as the man he was battling with for months on end “THE NATURAL” CHANNING THOMAS, beating both men with his baseball bat and celebrating with the NCW fans. With BRG guaranteed his title opportunity at WrestleFest Vicallo has opted to settle things once and for all with Channing one on one while Thomas believes his destiny to become NCW Champion was stolen from him once again by his former running mate Vern Vicallo. As the 2021 Season began with Vicallo and Thomas battling it out the 2021 Finale will see these two titans clash in this epic showdown.

As the NCW New England Champion “THE ACE” MIKE MONTERO attempts to put the hostilities with his old friend RICKY MEDEIROS behind him he must now look ahead at his greatest challenge for his coveted NCW New England Title belt as “RIOT” Kellan Thomas looks to win the only title that has eluded him in his 19-year NCW career— the New England Championship. With Montero distracted by the crumbling DIRT CITY MURDER CRUE and the thankful assistance from JASON DEVINE he cannot forget that at NCW’s 2021 Season opener on BEHIND CLOSED DOORS it was Thomas who tapped Montero while defending the New England Title on “INSANE” DICK LANE’S behalf, and now with opportunity and planning for his challenge November 12^th Thomas may be impossible to stop come WrestleFest.

After crowning the first ever NCW Women’s Champion at NCW Shoots and Ladders with BECCA taking the gold in the historic tournament the leader of THE SCRUNCHIE SQUAD found herself at odds with LITTLE MEAN KATHLEEN over the leadership of the illustrious clique as well as over the NCW Women’s Title itself after LMK was cheated in the first round of the tournament by Becca. Then at the Big City Rumble when Kathleen became #1 Contender fair and square Becca took advantage again, attacking her frenemy and stealing a victory using the ropes as leverage to retain the Championship and take the next two months off wrestling all over the country (and on AEW DARK) and far away from Little Mean Kathleen. After earning another title opportunity at NO FEAR by defeating ISANA the new fan favorite of NCW will grunt her way right into Becca’s face at WrestleFest to finally become the NCW Women’s Champion. The women of NCW have truly stepped up their game this Season, but is LMK up to the task?
