NORWOOD- Northeast Championship Wrestling’s 2015 Season continues on Friday April 10th when we return to our home base at the Norwood Lodge of Elks (152 Winslow Avenue) in Norwood, Massachusetts for the NCW Friday Night Fights! Doors open at 7:30 with an 8pm bell time. Tickets will be available at the door only $10 for adults and $5 for kids twelve and under.
On May 1st NCW celebrates its 18 year REUNION event where The Lumberjake is scheduled to face off with his former tag team partner “Ruthless” Ruy Batello, but before REUNION, on April 10th, longtime rivals collide once more when Brockton’s own “Original Showoff” Mike Paiva goes one on one with “The Ruthless One” in a Grudge Match Challenge. Paiva and Lumberjake, collectively known as The BFF’s have suffered the wrath of Ruy for months now as Batello looks to avenge his losses at the end of the 2014 Season, [allegedly] utilizing the assistance of The Underground Anarchy (“Slamdance” Tim Lennox, “Bam” Brandon Behm, & “Black Magic” Sean Feeney) in his quest to eradicate The Best Friends Forever.
At the Friday Night Fights the reigning NCW Heavyweight Champion “RIOT” Kellan Thomas looks to confront the Ox Baker Memorial Cup Winner Triplelicious, as the scheming challenger stole the championship belt from Thomas last month at March Madness after Trip was unable to put away the Champ during their Title Match. Thomas has been looking for Trip since, and has promised to not waste any time in seeking out the Crooklyn, RI native when NCW returns to Norwood on April 10th.
