On Saturday night September 26th former partners collide at the Norwood Elks Lodge when the co-winner of the 2014 Big City Rumble Lumberjake finally goes one on one with “Ruthless” Ruy Batello, a man who’s avoided the Lumberjake at every turn since his betrayal this past May at NCW’s 17 year REUNION.

After leaving out the back door of the Elks during the Big City Rumble Match this past week, Commissioner Dean “The Beast” Livsley signed the paperwork Monday August 10th at the NCW Offices forcing Ruy Batello into the ring to finally face his former tag team partner and friend before Jake begins his quest toward WrestleFest X and the NCW Heavyweight Title this November.

The three time former NCW Heavyweight Champion will also have to deal with the fallout of his actions September 5th at NCW FALLOUT, when Back to the Fuzion (“The Original Showoff” Mike Paiva & “All Good” Anthony Greene) look to confront Batello as well, with both men having received brutal attacks from the former “Portuguese Sensation” since REUNION. Rumor has it that Paiva may even challenge Batello before Ruy can head into his match with Lumberjake on the 26th.
