After arriving in NCW in 2016 as a superfan of “Insane” Dick Lane and Steve “The Turtle” Weiner, Delilah Hayden evolved into the lynchpin of The Turtles in Time and eventually became engaged to “The Meta-Human Super-Villain” Dick Lane. While their tumultuous relationship led her to divorcing Lane and joining up with Tim Kilgore during COVID, “The Alley Cat” emerged as the underdog of the NCW women’s division, fighting against all comers while trying to prove herself as a serious contender.
When Amber returned to NCW and gouged out Delilah’s eye with a high-heel shoe, Hayden became a target of Special Attraction while the NCW original took the NCW Women’s Title hostage for her own ego. At the 2024 Big City Rumble, after years of fighting and and clawing her way up the ladder, Hayden defeated Amber to win the NCW Women’s Championship finally overcoming the underdog mantra and becoming Champion in NCW.
