There’s not much known about the mysterious manager of “Dastardly” Doug Summers, with Vox appearing on the scene out of nowhere manipulating Deputy Commissioner Richard Pacifico into reinstating Summers back into NCW, and immediately giving him a Heavyweight Title Match at NCW’s 17 year REUNION. By winning the 2014 Manager of the Year award in her rookie year tells us one thing for sure, she’s  more than just a pretty face. Beware.
