With the 2012 Big City Rumble winner Steve “The Turtle” Weiner using his guaranteed title opportunity September 21st, Commissioner Dean “The Beast” Livsley has set up the Total Elimination Tournament for NCW’s debut in Norwood, with the winning participant getting the NCW Heavyweight Championship Match November 30th at WrestleFest VIII.

This lethal lottery tournament will feature randomly paired partners teaming up in first and second round tag team matches with the winning teams (4 men) moving on to the Total Elimination free-for-all. Enemies ever since, this will be the first time these two have teamed together in a standard tag team match. Eddie and David Loomis have been at war with each other since they were kids, but only escalated when Eddie followed in his big brother’s footsteps in 2010 when he joined NCW, immediately challenging his big brother.

Press Release: NCW FALLOUT Returns to Riverside, RI

RIVERSIDE- On Friday night September 21st Northeast Championship Wrestling continues our 2012 wrestling season when we return to American Legion Post #10 in Riverside, RI for our annual FALLOUT spectacular. Competing in a seasonal format from February through November, NCW presents a unique night of entertainment for fans wherever we go, bringing forth our larger than life characters, dynamic storylines, and incredible athleticism all while providing a unique experience for fans of all ages.

When NCW returns to Riverside it will not only be the FALLOUT from the 2012 Big City Rumble, it will also be the shell-tastic birthday celebration for the #1 contender to the NCW Heavyweight Championship Steve “The Turtle” Weiner, who will be cashing in his Big City Rumble title opportunity against the two time Heavyweight Champion Michael “Buddy” Romano. Weiner outlasted 29 other competitors in this year’s Rumble to earn his title shot, opting to cash in on his birthday rather than wait till the end of the NCW Season at WrestleFest VIII. While Romano has the back up of his manager JC Marxxx and Zero Tolerance, “The Turtle” will have his best friend and tag team partner “Dynamite” Doug Summers in his corner, ensuring a fair fight at FALLOUT.

Also in a featured tag team grudge match, former NCW Champion “The Juice” JT Dunn will team with NCW referee Anthony “AG” Greene when they take on the sadistic duo of “The Maniacal” Jack Krueger and his twisted protégé Alex Creed. Tensions have been running high between all four men since July when Krueger coaxed referee Greene into a wrestling match after Dunn had defeated Creed. NCW Commissioner Dean “The Beast” Livsley then made “The Juice” an honorary referee, with Dunn assisting AG in picking up the upset over Krueger. Payback was given at the Big City Rumble when “The Maniacal” Krueger tossed Dunn from the match, ruining his chances of regaining the Heavyweight Title. All scores will be settled September 21st in this FALLOUT showcase.

Also appearing in Riverside will be local favorite “The Barrington Bulldozer” John Munroe, “The Portuguese Sensation” Ruy Batello, David Loomis, NCW 2011 Rookie of the Year the Lumberjake, Eddie Loomis, “The RIOT” Kellan Thomas, Scotty Vegas, Rob the Giant, and many more!

The American Legion Post #10 is located at 830 Willett Avenue in Riverside, Rhode Island. Doors open at 7:30 with an 8pm scheduled start time. Tickets will be available at the door for $10 adults and $5 for all kids twelve and under.
